1- We are an online store and deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
2- Shipping time is 5 to 8 business days maximum (Friday and Saturday are holidays). If this time period is exceeded, we ask that you contact us.
3- Exchange policy is available, and we will be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
